Jennifer Bennett Keeler is a corporate attorney with a multi-jurisdictional practice. She has over 20 years of experience working in many different business sectors with start-up organizations as well as Fortune 200 companies. Jennifer is a solution-driven attorney who focuses on helping companies find and create value while protecting their reputation and position for growth.
Jennifer has a wide range of practice areas, but her primary areas of experience are: M&A and complex transactions, advising on product labeling and advertising, employment law and IP protection. She has led numerous M&A transactions including for global clients in Kenya, South Africa and China. In addition, she creates corporate policies and training programs for her clients on a regular basis.
Jennifer likes to partner with her clients to find practical solutions to their legal issues. She invests the time to understand their business in order to be a valued partner. She is known as an honest and forthright person who is highly trusted by her clients and is skilled at finding a path forward.
In her free time, Jennifer and her husband spend their time at the ice rink with her daughter, who is a competitive ice skater. Jennifer sits on several non-profit boards including Minnesota Ice Theatre. She also enjoys photography and is an avid Minnesota Golden Gopher fan.
